Starting to exercise again after years of inactivity presents specific challenges for your body's joints, tendons and ligaments. This is particularly true for those who are overweight.

Many of our clients lose significant weight using our Primal diet before we start any exercise.  We use restorative yoga and functional mobility techniques we'll help you get moving again safely.

Working within your medical team's recommendations, we slowly grow your exercise capability. Building your strength and improving your organ reserves are important ways to protect you from another event.

We start with a comprehensive lifestyle review to identify the immediate changes necessary until you have improved your heart and lung capacity.

Together we build a blueprint for change which relies upon your motivational interviewing techniques and confidence check-ins to maintain your momentum.

Based on an evidence-led approach we regularly measure and check your health markers for improvement and modify your wellness plan accordingly
