Lifestyle Quiz

Take this simple lifestyle quiz designed for people living with heart disease.

There are just 25 questions, each with 4 alternate answers. The best answer to each question will earn you 4 points. The maximum score is 100.

At the end of the quiz, provide your name and email address and I will send you information about how you can improve your current lifestyle.

Coronary heart disease claims more lives than any other cause. According to the Australian Heart Foundation, heart disease is responsible for one in every four deaths.

It's not all bad news as 95% of people who make it to the operating theatre, survive. How long they survive largely depends largely on their ability to make changes.

Risk factors like high blood pressure, being overweight, living a sedentary lifestyle and smoking can all be changed.

Stretch your healthspan

Medical research has changed the way we live our lives. Specialists, doctors and hospitals are all focused on keeping us alive for as long as possible. As a result, the current life expectancy in Australia is 83.5 years.

Yet despite living longer lives, many people find that they lose their health long before their time is up. As a health coach, my focus is upon lengthening your healthspan  - the number of years you live a full, active life.

To improve the client's healthspan often requires making significant lifestyle changes. Learning how to change and how to sustain change over time is a very important part of the Rebuild Your Health wellness course.
